Implement VMOVL and VORR.I32 AArch32 SIMD instructions (#960)

* Implement VMOVL and VORR.I32 AArch32 SIMD instructions

* Rename <dt> to <size> on test description

* Rename Widen to Long and improve VMOVL implementation a bit
