Create Desktop Shortcut fixes (#5852)

* remove duplicate basePath arg, add --fullscreen arg

* Changing FriendlyName to set "Ryujinx" text

* Fix GetArgsString using the base path

* Change desktop path to the Applications folder when creating shortcut on Mac
